3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Return Policy We offer a 30-Day money-back guarantee or exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund.
3.2 Return Process Before returning any product, you must contact us at service@shiroshears.com to obtain our Shipping Address and a Service Order Number. Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original purchase date.
3.3 Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shiro Shears Co. will not cover the costs associated with returning your purchase.
3.4 Refund Process Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

For optimal performance and longevity of your Shiro Shears, we recommend having your shears sharpened only by the manufacturer. Using other sharpening methods may void your warranty and damage the shears.
