Shiro Shears carry a lifetime warranty against factory defect.  We also provide our customers a 30-Day exchange or money back warranty. Our customer’s complete satisfaction is our number one priority.

Shiro Shears are manufactured to our exacting standards and hand finished to perfection to give us the silky smooth feel and durable cutting edge demanding professional stylists have come to expect from fine shears. We also include Cobalt to increase the hardness and durability and Molybdenum for high strength. We only use the finest Japanese forged stainless steel.  This high-carbon stainless steel has the perfect combination of elements generally found in the highest quality scissors, such as Cobalt, Molybdenum, and Carbon to make your scissors as hard as possible without being too brittle, yet still flexible enough to cut.  We have increased the levels of cobalt added for greater edge retention, hardness and a higher level of corrosion resistance at a great value.

NOTE: For the best results and longer life have your shears sharpened only by the manufacturer.  Call your local distributor for more information or e-mail sales@shiroshears.com with questions. Other sharpening methods can damage your shears by removing the radius and shorten their life by grinding away too much metal or causing other damage.

For Warranty Service: Simply return the shears with a copy of your receipt and we will repair or replace your shears at no charge.

Our Warranty Does NOT cover:

1. The normal “dulling” from cutting hair.
2. Nicks or chips caused by dropping or cutting items other than human hair.
3. Other obvious abuse to the blade caused by chemicals, cutting open perm bottles, using the blade for a screw driver or other tool besides a hair cutting shear.
4. Damage caused by other sharpening methods is not covered in your warranty.

(Note: These conditions are not covered under our manufacturer warranty but usually can be fixed with our factory sharpening service.)

Returns

Important! -> Please contact us at service@shiroshears.com prior to returning your purchase to obtain our Shipping Address and a Service Order Number.

All returns must be postmarked no later than 30-Days from the original purchase date.  Full Refunds will be given after the item has returned to our possession.  Return shipping costs are not the responsibility of Shiro Shears Co.  We will not cover the costs of returning your purchase.
